Job Summary:

A Brand Ambassador-Selling Specialist is dedicated to representing a brand by educating the consumer of product features & benefits, to convert customers to the brand, and selling merchandise at retail locations.  This role also ensures the best visual presentation is being upheld.   Sales goals are often presented to drive multiple sales and productivity.  You will provide photos and reports of each visit which is communicated via Winston’s proprietary store visit reporting mobile app, Wintell. 

The Brand Ambassador-Selling Specialist will work with well-known luxury eye wear brands - servicing multiple flagship luxury retail locations. This position runs April thru 12/31/2019.

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • High-level selling experience and LOVE of selling and working with customers
  • Passion for eye wear fashion and luxury retail
  • 2-3 years of experience within a luxury retail environment
  • Eye wear experience preferred

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Goal driven, with an ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Exemplary customer service
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to train sales associates on product attributes and brand principles
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, and email and digital photography)
  • Proficient in capturing crisp, clear mirror image photography (before and after photos to showcase completed work)
  • Available to work a flexible retail schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and holidays (as necessary)
  • Strong work ethic; reliable and committed for the full duration of the project
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds 
  • Smartphone device for reporting purposes -- Android OS 6.0 or higher/Apple iOS 8.0 or higher
  • Must know how to download and install an app on your smart phone
  • Must have the ability to upload a report, which includes multiple photos, to our reporting site via the app
  • Must be able to keep phone OS up to date
  • Must know how to use wi-fi services
