Job Description: 

We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to work in our New York office assisting with the management of one or two of our top clients.  This person will work closely with an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the client and working with our field team to ensure they execute our deliverables.  

 

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements: 

  • Own the client relationship as the day-to-day contact
  • Elevate merchandising talent and quality of on-floor execution with each location of Winston merchandiser visits
  • Agree to roles and responsibilities between Winston and Client
  • Drive program execution
  • Build client business with Winston by presenting and proving our results.  Continuously communicate success stories to clients.  Validate Winston impact at retail- weekly.  Utilize SVR/Photo process to communicate success stories/opportunities to Winston and Clients
  • Provide SVR/Photo feedback to the Field Merchandising Team from a training and development perspective
  • Utilize and strengthen the SVR/Photo process to visualize and communicate results
  • Communicate effectively to Winston Team (all departments), Field Merchandising Team, Retailers and Clients
  • Support Field Merchandising Team to resolve on-floor challenges with a positive, solution-oriented approach

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

 Experience Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of retail, wholesale, or branded apparel experience
  • BA/BS Degree or Fashion/Merchandising Degree
  • Previous work as a merchandise coordinator at an apparel company preferred
