Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Staffing Manager to work out of our San Francisco office who is passionate about managing talented field retail merchandisers and building our clients business. Interest in the apparel industry, visual merchandising and image/lifestyle brands will help you succeed. We are an energetic bunch working in a fast paced environment and extremely team oriented.

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements

- Competitive, energetic, and motivated professional with 2 + years recruiting/staffing experience

- Retail experience (preferred)

- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and manage multiple candidate / consultant relationships

- BA/BS Degree (preferred)

- High level Client Service

- Experience interacting with executive team members

- Fashion Merchandising education a plus


Territory Management: – Lead and own staffing in respective territory           


- Match ideal talent with client projects

- Manage territory shifts with positive, creative problem solving

- Communicate effectively with field team

- Facilitate strategy of scheduling and staffing of trainings for client meetings

- Follow up on pending schedules



Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent interviewing and negotiating skills, with proven results

- Strong independent work ethic, business acumen and desire to build a business and company from the ground up

- Ability to adjust to change regularly and be motivated by working with a variety of brands, categories and retailers

- Understanding of Visual Merchandising very helpful

- Computer skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, email and the ability to master our field visit report/photo reporting system and manipulate the written and visual intelligence into client communication
