 Job Summary:

Winston Retail is seeking flexible team players to support a Samsung TV installation project this holiday season. For this project, teams of (2) merchandisers will support select T-Mobile Carrier Stores to execute the removal of a currently mounted TV and place in the back room. A new TV (under 49”) will be mounted on the same bracket and rehung. Winston will provide all necessary tools for de-installation and installation of TV’s.

Execution of this project will occur in November and December. Teams will be required to support anywhere from 40-100+ installations per market so this may be a perfect full time opportunity for those available through the holiday season.  

You will be required to provide photos and reports for each visit which are communicated via Winston’s proprietary mobile app. In this position, you will be working as a team of 2.

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years training and/or consumer electronics sales experience with technologies launched in the past 3 years preferred.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to execute from clients’ directives and/or planograms
  • Smartphone device for reporting purposes -- Android OS 6.0 or higher/Apple iOS 8.0 or higher
  • Must own smart phone and have a working knowledge of technology/apps.
  • Enthusiasm for technology with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work and troubleshoot independently
  • Strong & effective communication skills
  • Conscientious when adhering to deadlines regarding calendar confirmation, service report submissions, invoicing, etc.
  • Intermediate to advance computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email and digital photography)
  • Proficient in capturing crisp, clear mirror image photography (before and after photos to showcasing  completed work)
  • Must know how to download and install an app on your smart phone
  • Must have the ability to upload a report, which includes multiple photos, to our reporting site via the app
  • Must be able to keep phone OS up to date
  • Must know how to use wi-fi services
